We are now accepting Satellite Session proposals for Putting Care at the Center 2018, our annual conference on complex care. This year’s conference theme is Complex Care, Today and Tomorrow. We will delve into complex care models that have been developed across the country and explore directions for future innovation. We are excited to add your voice to the conversation.
Satellite Sessions are the perfect opportunity to dive deep into the issues that most concern your organization, shine a light on new strategies for the field of complex care, highlight the needs of key populations, or address any other aspects of complex care that you feel deserve extra attention.
Satellites sessions offer organizers the opportunity to present concepts, practices, and experiences that are not featured in the official conference program. Since they are organized directly by the organizers, satellite sessions are not available for CEU credits.
Satellite Sessions will take place before the conference start time on December 6 and 7, providing presenters access to the conference’s 600-800 researchers, policy makers, funders, advocates, and other stakeholders from across the country.
Satellite Session fee is $10,000 for commercial entities and $5,000 for nonprofit organizations. This rate includes one conference admission.
The deadline for Satellite Session applications is August 8, 2018.
Putting Care at the Center 2018 will be held December 5-7 in Chicago, IL, co-hosted with Rush University Medical Center. Putting Care at the Center is an opportunity for innovators and advocates for healthcare delivery reform from across the country, both pioneers and newcomers, to meet, network, and create a shared agenda for the emerging field of complex care.
